RULES read

We've split the rules up into two sections; one for general board rules, and another for RPing/character rules. We are still modifying these, so check back often:



General Board Rules




You may RP multiple characters under the same account. At the start of a post, use some means of communication to denote which character you are using. The exception is canon characters: if you have a canon, you must RP them on a separate account (this is so that we can keep track of canon activity).


While you may have unlimited custom characters, you are only allowed a maximum of one canon character. If we find out that you, by some means, are playing more then one canon character, you will receive a warning, and be stripped of any/all canon characters in question.


Do not ask to be on the staff. When we need more staff members, we’ll get more staff members.


No excessive cursing. That just means that you shouldn’t say words like “fuck” every other word….fuckers. ^_^


Any announcement posted which states that there is a new rule for a specific forum or an update changing something, it will be followed, even if said rule isn't added in here. It's still to be treated as though it were on this list.


Please place a link to your character in your signature. If you have multiple characters, please create a character list, and place it in your signature.


DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE STAFF. If you do, we’ll eat your soul.


While some of those rules have specific consequences listed, the staff can see fit to change, add, and take away etc any consequence earned.



RP/ Character Rules




No custom Uchiha, Kaguya, Akatsuki, or relatives of the canon Kage, the rookie nine and their sensei, Team Gai, or the Sennin.


You can not RP as a member of a clan that has not been named,


No applying for dead canon characters.


After one month of inactivity, a canon will be stripped and available to be registered. Activity checks will be done during the first week of each month.


Dead characters (who die on this board) can only be revived by Me.


We do not keep waiting lists for jinchuuriki/bijuu. Open spots for all such characters will be determined on a semi first come, first served basis.



No custom characters based off of characters from other series are allowed. This is a Naruto board, not any other sort of board.


Custom characters are not allowed to have jutsus that can only be learned by certain canon characters. These include but are not limited to:

Sharingan
Rasengan
Chidori/Raikiri
Any of Gaara's sand jutsu that he used because of Shukaku
Initial Lotus/any extreme taijutsu used by Lee/Gai. The exception to this is if your character, like Lee, can ONLY use taijutsu.
Medical jutsus, such as chakra scapel (only medical Nin would know these).
Immortality skill unless you talk to me and i agree

Use common sense when registering jutsu; if only a couple of select canon characters acquired a jutsu through some special situation, it's not going to be allowed for custom characters.


Wait for your character profile to be approved before RPing. No exceptions.


If you register a canon character, you need to write out their history yourself instead of copying it from another site. We will check to make sure that this rule is followed. If you do copy and paste, your character will be denied.


You MUST get permission from one of the top three admins to register a Daimyo, Kage, Lord, or Lady. There are only five villages with a Kage: Konoha, Suna, Kumo, Kiri, and Iwa. Any other village leader has the title Lord/Lady.


There is now an official age limit on custom characters, because quite frankly, we will have people register 12 year old anbu
Genin age twelve and up (12+)

Chuunin age fifteen and up (15+)

Anbu/Hunter Nin/Special Jounin age sixteen and up (16+)

Jounin/missing-nin/hunter-nin captain/ANBU captain age eighteen and up (18+)

Sennin Thirty five and up (35+)



When you RP, and when you're typing your RP sample post, you need to write in past tense, third person form.


Don't delete all your posts out of an RP thread for any reason.


No God-modding, Meta gaming, etc. We will not tolerate this.


If your profile is incomplete, put “incomplete” or “unfinished” in the title. Incomplete profiles will be removed after seven days.


Don't copy this site, i.e. the profile template, rules, etc.


All characters should have Japanese names. American, Spanish, Italian, etc names will not be accepted.



Adult threads are NOT allowed, RPing the event leading up to an adult situation/steamy sex scene is allowed, as long as you don’t get too graphic. Posting pictures with nudity is also not allowed.
