| Well i have been checking the rules about character creation, and i noticed there are no rules on which rank a created character may be, other than the aceptance of the admins, although there are still not that much users on the forum, if more were to come it could turn into a situation where the admins (or whomever aproves character profiles) would be overloaded, special considering the fact at least 3 people are needed to acept one single person. My suggestion would be something around these lines: - Quote :
- Academy Student: the user by standard, they usually enter at this stage.
15 de Chakra 15 de Stamina
Can use all rank E jutsus he has learnt, plus 2 more from rank D.
Elements: Primary element not fully dominated
- Quote :
- Genin: After passing the Genin test, the user will receive this rank. He can now do rank D and C missions.
25 de Chakra 25 de Stamina
Can use all the rank E and D jutsus he has learnt, plus 5 from rank C.
Elements: Primary element fully dominated Or Primary element not fully dominated x2
- Quote :
- High Genin: These are the best on their rank, they stand out for their high amount of completed missions or for having participated in the Chuunin exame but failed. Can do more rank C missions than a normal Genin.
30 de Chakra 30 de Stamina
Can use all rank E and D justsus he has learnt, plus 8 from rank C
Elements: Primary element fully dominated Primary element not fully dominated Secondary element not fully dominated
- Quote :
- Chuunin: The users that passed the Chuunin exame. They can do C and B missions.
40 de Chakra 40 de Stamina
Can use all rank E, D, C jutsus he has learnt, plus 5 from rank B and 1 from rank A.
Elements: Primary element fully dominated x2 Secondary element fully dominated
- Quote :
- Special Jounin: Those who specialized on a certain area, having more knowledge on it. Can do rank B and A missions.
50 de Chakra 50 de Stamina
Can use all rank E, D, C jutsus he has learnt, plus 10 from rank B and 5 from rank A.
Elements: Primary element fully dominated x2 Primary element not fully dominated Secondary element fully dominated Secondary element not fully dominated
- Quote :
- Jounin: The user that specialized in all shinobi arts. Can do rank A and S missions.
65 de Chakra 65 de Stamina
Can use all the rank E, D, C, B jutsus he learnt, plus 10 from rank A and 2 from rank S
Elements: Primary element fully dominated x3 Secondary element fully dominated x2
- Quote :
- Sannin: Exists only 1 per village, plus 3 that are legendary. Can do rank S missions.
85 de Chakra 85 de Stamina
Can use all the rank E, D, C, B, A jutsus he learnt, plus 8 from rank S.
Elements: Primary element fully dominated x3 Primary element not fully dominated Secondary element fully dominated x2 Secondary element not fully dominated
- Quote :
- Kage: The head ninja of the village, all others must respect him. He assigns missions to the shinobi of the village, although if he wished he could take on any mission.
100 de Chakra 100 de Stamina
Can use any jutsu he has learnt
Elements: Primary element fully dominated x4 Secondary element fully dominated x3 __________________________________ Special jobs: - Quote :
- Hunter-nin: Only users that are above Chuunin level can become Hunter-nin, these work as an organization to catch deserters from each of the hidden villages. A good example is the ANBU (Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai) force, they are the well-known group of Hunter-nin from Konoha.
- Quote :
- Academy Teacher: Only users above Chuunin level can become academy teachers, their job is to make Genin teams, do the Genin tests and help the new students get ready for their shinobi life.
- Quote :
- Sensei: Only users above Jounin level can become sensei, their job is to lead a 3 man cell made of Genins, to perform missions for their own village and prepare for the Chuunin exame.
- Quote :
- Nuke-nin: Also Known as Missing-nin, they are deserters from their villages, usually Nuke-nins comit crimes and then escape, Hunter-nin track them down to make sure their village's secrets are kept safe. Any user who becomes a Nuke-nin, will remain at the same rank, even if their power increases their rank will be the same as when they left their village, even if the user was to be a Genin, he isa Genin for the rest of his roleplay as that character.

| Sorry for the double post, but i needed to explain further into my analisys of the Chakra and Stamina system. - Quote :
- Jutsus:
Users may only use Jutsus from their own rank, or at most, use 2 or 3 from 1 rank above their own (a user's rank is the last one from which they can use all jutsus they learn, so for an Academy Student it would be E, a Genin it would be D, and so on).
Ranks:
- E - Academy Student
- D - Genin
- C - Chuunin
- B - Jounin
- A - Kinjutsus ( Only experient Jounin, sannins and kages)
- S - Ougi ( Only Sannin or Kages)
Chakra costs (All jutsus except Taijutsus):
- E - 1/2
- D - 2/5
- C - 5/8
- B - 8/12
- A - 12/15
- S - 15/25
Stamina costs (Taijutsus):
- E - 1
- D - 2
- C - 5
- B - 8
- A - 12
- S - 15
This rule will apply whenever a user interacts with another user on direct confrontation. To make things easyer when declaring a winner, even if its only a friendly fight.
Genjutsus and releasing them:
The victim has to have an equal chakra amount or higher than the user of the Genjutsu, and might not be released right away, therefore being forced into giving a discription on how to release the Genjutsus using other methods than Kai. If the victim is aware of the use of Genjtsu from the user, the Gejutsu skill will be limited to a certain extent.
To release a Genjutsu the victim will have to spend a certain amount of Chakra depending on the Genjutsu's rank.
- Rank S: 15
- Rank A: 12
- Rank B: 8
- Rank C: 5
- Rank D: 2
- Rank E: 1
and that finishes my sugestion, i think it would work off using a method where we know how much chakra the oponent still has so we can make a strategy out of the fight other than just go on it over and over till one of us has no escape, or is compoletelybored and surrenders lol

| sorry forgot to mention that hehe... example: a rank E jutsu costs 1/2, meaning when you first learn it it will cost you 2 chakra. Each 5 times you use a jutsu it will decrease 1 chakra point, meaning the 6th time you use a rank E jutsu it will cost 1 instead of 2. But for instance a rank B jutsu, it starts out at 12 chakra, and at the 21st use of it it will be 8, but it will not lower from there on, even if you use it 300 more times it will stay at 8, thats the minimum chakra value for it. As for elements, that hold indeed true, that would be the number of elements controled by each rank of a shinobi, although i put that because i thought that was the best amoun it can be modified at will by the admins if they wish. - Quote :
- Primary Elements:
[x] Katon [x] Suiton [x] Doton [x] Fuuton [x] Raiton - Quote :
- Secondary Elements:
[x] Doton + Suiton = Mokuton (wood) [x] Suiton + Katon = Dokuton (venon) [x] Fuuton + Suiton = Kageton (shadow) [x] Doton + Katon = Kaneton (Metal) [x] Katon + Doton = Magumaton (Magma) [x] Raiton + Fuuton = Magunton (Magnetism) [x] Fuuton = Ototon (sound) [x] Doton + Fuuton = Sunaton (sand) [x] Raiton + Doton = Souton (gravity) [x] Raiton + Suiton = Puraton (plasma) [x] Katon + Raiton = Hikariton (light) [x] Fuuton + Suiton = Hyouton (ice) this is how i see it.

| it's a cool idea but that is making a site that is too complicated.people will have to follow the rules.you do make a good point on the rule though.the rule should be something like "user's are not aloud to use the same jutsu over and over again."that and people are not aloud to make seven different attacks in one post.i would say maximum two but the movement of making the attacks have to make sense.
ex.: Ken jumped high into the air and shot 9 fireballs towards Kuro.he then did a couple more handsigns and started shooting ice needle's out of his mouth towards Kuro again.
i completely agree with the elements idea.they make sense.i will talk to Gaidoku about it"
